JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who was appointed as a Lecturer in Hindi in the St.Peter's College from 20.09.1995 was subsequently appointed as a Junior Lecturer and she has got further promotions and as a present she is working as an Assistant Professor. Seeking the benefits of the judgment Ext.P12 dated 08.10.2010 in W.P.(C) No.5323/2004 and the judgment dated 02.11.2016 in W.P.(C) No.1123/2013, petitioner has submitted Ext.P15 representation before the University requesting to approve her initial appointment as Lecturer with effect from 20.09.1995 and to grant her the benefits.

2. I heard the learned Standing Counsel also.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P15 representation, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Sd/-
