JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who retired from service as Associate
Professor from the Devaswom Board College, Thalayolaparambu, has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to sanction and disburse arrears of pay due to him for the period from 06.06.1999 to February 2013.
In case any arrears are due to the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall present the bill for the same before the 3rd respondent, based on which the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action for payment of the arrears due to the petitioner without any further delay.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
