Aggrieved by Exhibit P5 order passed by Deputy Director of Education rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner for reviewing punishment awarded to him and also on the direction to treat period of his suspension as eligible leave, petitioner has submitted Exhibit P6 Revision Petition before the Government.

The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider Exhibit P6 revision petition and to pass orders after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Manager within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
