JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a 3^rd year B.A Communicative English student of the 3^rd respondent's college, was placed under suspension as per order dated 16.2.2019. Aggrieved by the same, even though has submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 1^st respondent, no positive action is taken on it so far.

Even though notice was served on the 3^rd respondent through special messenger, there is no appearance. The petitioner has already approached the 1^st respondent with Ext.P3 representation.

The learned Standing Counsel submits that remarks were already called for from the 3^rd respondent college and so far it has not been received and appropriate action would be taken on receipt of the remarks.

As the 3^rd respondent has not appeared and four months have already elapsed from the date of suspension, there shall be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider the question of revocation of suspension of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. There shall also be a direction to the 1^st respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P3

representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as
