This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following reliefs:

i) To issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions calling for the records leading to Ext.P7 and quash the same.

¶34

ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the 4^th respondent to allow Ext.P3 application and make necessary entries in the BTR showing that the property covered by Ext.P1 and P2 is paramba.

Iii) To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the interest of justice.

It is evident from the pleadings put forth by the

petitioner in the writ petition that, being aggrieved by Ext.P7 order passed by the 4^th respondent, petitioner has

preferred Ext.P8 appeal before the 3^rd respondent. Petitioner seeks direction for early disposal of Ext.P8 appeal.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P8 in accordance with law and attain finality at the earliest possible time and at any rate within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after ensuring participation of the petitioner and any other interested persons.
