JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that
the interim order passed by this Court on 6.3.2017 is not being
violated by the respondent, Sub Inspector of Police.
Pleader submitted that, petitioner is permitted to continue and the
allegations made contrary are not correct. However, I record the submission made by learned Government Pleader that, the respondent is not making any problem to the petitioner for
carrying on with the business permitted as per the order specified
above. In view of the said submission, the contempt case is closed,
leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to bring up the matter

before this Court, if situation warrants.
