According to the petitioner, petitioner applied for building permit in order to carry out a construction in the property situate in Re.Sy.No.338/3 of Pottor Village, evident from Ext.P5 acknowledgement to the application submitted by the petitioner online. The grievance of the petitioner is
that, in spite of the earnest efforts of the petitioner, application is not being considered by the 2nd respondent.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
