This contempt of court case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the direction contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 12137/2018, dated 06.04.2018 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader has produced an order dated 21.06.2018 issued by the National Highway Authority, stating that the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt of court proceedings any further.

The contempt of court case is closed, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the order.
