JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following reliefs:-
“i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction commanding the respondents to issue Hall Ticket of Semester-3 examination which is to commence from 19.1.2018 to the petitioner and allow him to writ the examination.
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to look into the matter, and take appropriate steps to ensure that the petitioner is allowed to write the 3rd semester examination of Mechanical Refrigeration and Airconditioning course and also to complete the course without any obstruction.”
From the pleadings put forth it is evident that, the relief
sought for by the petitioner was confined to writing of 3

examinations, which was to commence from 9.1.2018. The
subsequent reliefs are also correlated. Therefore, I do not think
that the relief is still subsisting since the period during which
the petitioner sought for participation in the examination is already over. Therefore, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
