According to the petitioners, petitioners are owners of 9 items of properties, obtained by them under different title deeds. 2 items out of the 9 were obtained from third parties, who are registered owners, rest of the properties were obtained under registered documents, however, originally those properties were assigned land from the Government under the provisions of the Land Assignment Act, according to the petitioners, in the year 1970-1976. Consequent to possession secured by the petitioners, petitioners have secured loans from the KFC and has put up construction in the land. However, at that point of time, Ext.P5 notice is issued by the first respondent Tahsildhar. It is also submitted that, on receipt of Ext.P5, objections were filed and a report is drawn by the Tahsidhar, taking into account in the objections raised by the petitioners and the same is forwarded to the third respondent District Collector.
