JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents in refusing to consider the bid of the petitioner on the ground that the certificate of experience issued by the Kerala State Construction Corporation Limited cannot be taken as a certificate issued by a Contractor but only as a Sub Contractor. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
