JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directives contained in the judgment 18.01.2017 in W.P.(C) No.36686 of 2016 are not complied with.
learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced an order dated 02.08.2017, whereby I am satisfied that the directions issued by this Court are complied with, however, against the petitioner. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt case any further.
Therefore, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to pursue any action against the order passed, this contempt of court case is closed.
