J U D G M E N T

The petitioner preferred a complaint invoking Clause 15.4 of the RTGS System Regulations, 2013 before the second respondent. Ext.P4 is the said complaint. The matter relates to an RTGS transfer effected by the petitioner to an account of the State Bank of Travancore, presently the State Bank of India. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up for admission, is for a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on Ext.P4 complaint.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel for the State Bank of India.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to take a decision on Ext.P4 complaint with notice to petitioner as also the banks concerned. Ordered accordingly. This shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
