JUDGMENT

The case of the petitioner is that an extent of 1 acre and 30 cents of property originally held by the deceased father of the petitioner is now being included in the thandaper account of the 5^th respondent, T.D.Medical College, Alappuzha. Pointing out this, the petitioner preferred several representations including Ext.P7 before the District Survey Superintendent. The limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up, is for a direction to the second respondent, the District Survey Superintendent to take a decision on Ext.P7 representation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ
