Petitioner has applied for a duplicate copy of his SSLC book. In the unfilled copy of the SSLC book forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent to be issued as duplicate copy on the application of the petitioner, there was a mistake as regards the name of the father of the petitioner. The first respondent, in the circumstances, directed the second respondent to forward a copy of the admission register of the petitioner.
