JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has relinquished Vakalath and in that circumstance, this Court issued notice to the appellant requiring fresh Vakalath, if she intends to prosecute the appeal. The said notice returned with an endorsement “unclaimed”. Thus, this Court is now unable to proceed with the appeal.
In the above circumstance, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. All pending interlocutory applications will also stand dismissed.
