The parties have settled the disputes by way of mediation and they have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement, which is produced along with this Appeal. The terms of the agreement will form part of this judgment and the decree will be passed in accordance with the terms of agreement. The court fee shall be refunded. This Regular Second Appeal will stand disposed of accordingly.
