When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions has submitted that even though Crime No.626/2017 of Ramamangalam Police Station was registered for the offences under Sections 363 and 306 IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the Section of offences had been altered to Section 379 IPC during the course of investigation and a report in this regard was submitted to the District Police Chief for getting sanction for filing the said report before the court. In view of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, no further direction is required in this Crl.M.C.

However, if the petitioner is again aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate
