When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted that the final report had been already filed by the police before the court on 10.4.2015 after completing the investigation and the matter is presently pending as C.C. No.721 of 2015 before the court concerned. In view of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, no further direction is required in this Crl.M.C.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. stands closed.
However, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner in challenging the final report, in accordance with law, if the situation so warrants.
