JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner allegedly aggrieved by the action of the second respondent, disallowing him to participate in the Masters Athletic Meet which was proposed to be conducted from 2nd to 6th of March, 2016. Even though petitioner had submitted Ext. P1 representation, the same was not considered. It was in this background, this writ petition is filed.

Therefore, in my considered opinion, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
