JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that first respondent has created some commotion consequent to the action initiated by the 5th respondent, who was the license holder in favour of a partnership firm conducting fire works manufacturing. It is in this background, seeking appropriate direction this writ petition is filed.
Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequently license for the manufacture of fire works is issued by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner, which is produced as Annexure P11 along with an I.A. and therefore, no manner of interference from the part of the 5th respondent consequent to the issuance of the license in favour of the petitioner, can be envisioned. If the 5th respondent has any other claim, disposal of this writ

petition will not stand in the way. Recording that the license is issued in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition is
