JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the judgment of this Court dated 10.6.2016 is not complied by the respondent. However, when the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent has produced an order dated 29.9.2016, whereby it is revealed that the judgment of this Court is complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt case any further. However leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if he is so advised.
Contempt case is closed, accordingly.
