JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a retired employee of the 3rd respondent society allegedly having 36 years of unblemished service. The retirement benefits have been sanctioned and disbursed to the petitioner without taking note of the total qualifying service. In that regard, petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application before the 3rd respondent and the same is pending consideration. It is in this background this writ petition is filed.
