Petitioner has allegedly submitted Ext.P4

application dated 26-07-2016 seeking membership in the second respondent society. The sole grievance voiced by

the petitioner in this writ petition is that, the first respondent society is not considering Ext.P4. Therefore, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider

Ext.P4 application in accordance with law, and take a decision on the same within six weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
