JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the registered owner of autorickshaw bearing No.KL 08 AK 9082, alloted with parking place at Shobha City (Panchayath area). Seeking variation of conditions of permit, even though petitioner has offered Ext.P2 application, contention is that the same was not received by the respondent. It is in this background, this writ petition is filed seeking appropriate direction.
