JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging
refusal of 3rd respondent to accept notice of intended marriage of the petitioner and to proceed with solemnization and registration of marriage under the Cochin Christian Civil Marriage Act, 1095.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
