JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed challenging the denial of fees concession by the Scheduled Caste Department to the petitioner for pursuing LLB course. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already fee concession is granted to the petitioner.
Therefore, writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
