This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
complaining that even though the petitioner has participated in the SET examination during June, 2015, and passed, the same, certificate is not issued
Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel
for the petitioner submitted that, the certificate is received by the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
