J U D G M E N T

The prayer in the O.P(DRT) is for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam, to consider and pass orders on I.A.No.568 of 2014, I.A.No.569 of 2014 and I.A.No.663 of 2014 pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal for setting aside the ex parte award in O.A.No.44 of 2009. When the matter came up for admission, I had called for a report from the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal as to the time required for passing final orders in the aforementioned I.As. By a letter dated 22.02.2016, the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal has indicated that the final orders in the said I.As can be passed by 31.05.2016. Taking note of the said letter, I dispose the O.P(DRT) by directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam, to pass final orders in I.A.No.568 of 2014, I.A.No.569 of 2014 and I.A.No.663 of 2014 on or before 31.05.2016.
