J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who is working as a Senior Nursing Assistant in Composite Hospital, Group Centre, Pallipuram, under the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), has approached this Court through the present writ petition challenging an order of transfer whereby she was transferred to the Composite Hospital, Avadi, Chennai, Although various contentions are raised in the writ petition against Ext.P2 order of transfer, when the matter was posted for orders today, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents CRPF that, acting on request of the petitioner, the transfer ordered by Ext.P2 order has been cancelled and the petitioner has been permitted to continue at Pallipuram for one more year. Taking note of the said submission of the learned Standing counsel for the respondent CRPF, the writ petition is closed by recording the fact of cancellation of Ext.P2 order that is impugned in the writ petition.
