J U D G M E N T
In view of the fact that, pursuant to Annexure- A1 judgment, which directed the respondent to pass an order on the representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment after hearing the petitioner, Annexure-A2 order has been passed by the respondent, I am of the view that the directions in the judgment have been complied with.
