This is a petition alleging police harassment at the instance of the 2nd respondent by the 3rd respondent. The learned Government pleader on instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent father has filed a complaint before the Police alleging that the petitioner has impregnated the 2nd respondent and cheated and it is only in connection with the enquiry relating to the complaint that the petitioner was called to the police station. In the circumstances, we do not find any harassment alleged in the writ petition.
Writ Petition is dismissed.
