JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed challenging Ext.P3 order passed by the Lok Ayukta. In the meantime, in pursuance to the interim order an affidavit has been filed by the petitioners wherein it is stated that all the retiral benefits of respondent No.1 has been paid. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The issue is left open.
