JUDGMENT
The petitioners in this writ petition are government servants working in various Government offices and residing in Government hostel. As per Ext.P1 order, Government revised and enhanced the rent payable by the petitioners six times. Being aggrieved by this, petitioners approached this court with a prayer to quash Ext.P1 order and for a direction to the respondents to refix the rent in a moderate rate taking into consideration of the age of building and the facilities provided therein.
