It is submitted by both sides that parties have filed a joint petition for divorce. The court initially passed a decree after expiry of six months. Parties appeared again and informed the court that they had determined on the decision to get divorce. Accordingly, the court made the decree absolute. The learned counsel submits that a copy of the decree is yet to be obtained. Recording the above submission, we close the appeal without examining the merits of the case.
