We notice Annexure-1 produced in Mat. Appeal No.1006/10. Sri.G.Bhagavat Singh, the learned counsel for
the appellant submits that in terms of Annexure-1 all the issues between the parties including the liability of his client
has been fully and finally settled. Annexure-1 will form part of this judgment. In view of Annexure-1, the appeal and the RP(FC) are disposed of on the basis that no issues survive
between the parties. It is open to the appellants to appraise the learned Magistrate before whom the criminal cases are
pending, of this judgment and Annexure-1 and we are sure
that the learned Magistrate will become inclined to dispose
