J U D G M E N T
This appeal was disposed of by judgment dated 05.03.2012. Thereafter, noticing that the appellant expired even before disposal of the appeal, respondents applied for recalling the judgment and that was allowed by order order dated 19.06.2012. The appeal was thereafter posted for hearing on 25.06.2012. There was no representation on that day on the side of the appellant. Nor were steps taken for impleadment of legal representatives if any of the sole appellant.
Today also there is no representation. Nor are steps taken for impleadment of legal representatives if any of the deceased sole appellant.
Hence the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.
All pending Interlocutory Applications will stand dismissed.
