JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Department and registered under the Kerala Co-Operative Society Act having its registered office at building No. K.P. 1/204 of Kadalundi Panchayath in Kozhikode District. The society is using the building from the year 1989 onwards with the permission of the Fisheries Department. By order dated 01.04.2005 passed by this Court, the petitioner was allowed to continue in the same building until further orders. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the Panchayath has allotted land to respondent No.3 for the construction of its office building. Therefore, the interim order is made absolute and the writ petition is closed.
