JUDGMENT
The petitioner, Ernakulam District Co-Operative Bank, has filed this writ petition challenging the directions issued by the Registrar of Co-Operative Societies directing to engage two physically handicapped provisional employees who worked during during the period from 01.01.1997 to 14.08.1998.
2007, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case. It is for the petitioner to challenge Ext.P1 in appropriate cases.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
