All these appeals filed by the requisitioning authority, the KSIDC, pertain to acquisition of land for the purpose of Industrial Growth Centre at Pallippuram. On a perusal of the impugned judgment, it is seen that enhancement at the rates granted therein has been approved not only by this Court but also by the Supreme Court. This being the position, we do not find any justification for entertaining these appeals.
All the appeals will stand dismissed without any order as to costs.
