Smt.Amminikutty, learned counsel for the requisitioning authority brought to our notice that in the common judgment pertaining to the acquisition for the same purpose value of land has been refixed at rates higher than the rates awarded under the impugned judgment. Under these circumstances we don't think that any useful purpose will be served in the appellant's point of view in entertaining these appeals.
All these appeals will stand dismissed.
