As directed by this court notice to the claimant has been served through Advocate in the reference court. There is no appearance for the claimant respondent. We notice the common judgment of this Court in LAA. No. 911/03 and connected cases pertaining to acquisition for the same purpose, pursuant to the same notification. The property under acquisition in this case is included in Tak No. V. By that common judgment the value of lands included in Tak No. V refixed at Rs.10,500/- per cent. Accordingly we allow this appeal and refix the value of land under acquisition at Rs.10,500/- per cent. The claimants will be entitled to all statutory benefits on the refixed compensation. The parties are directed to suffer their respective costs in this appeal.
