JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that the disciplinary action initiated against the 4th respondent, at her instance, has not so far been finalised. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submitted that after the culmination of the disciplinary proceedings, a show cause notice has been issued to the 4th respondent and that on receipt of his explanation, further action will be taken in the matter. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed.
