JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as Head Nurse in the ESI Hospital, Feroke, Kozhikode. She was appointed as Staff Nurse under the Insurance Medical Department on regular basis on 22.12.1998 and subsequently promoted as Head Nurse. The grievance of the petitioner pertains to the non-reckoning of the provisional service put in by her for a total period of 4 years and 64 days between 10.8.1989 and 1.10.1994. The petitioner has given the details of the provisional service put in by her, in Ext.P3 representation dated 31.10.2009 submitted before the first respondent. Despite receipt of Ext.P3, no action has been taken thereon, it is submitted.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
