JUDGMENT

The petitioner has been working as a Part-Time Casual Sweeper under the fourth respondent since 1986. The case of the petitioner is that by virtue of her continuation as Part-Time Casual Sweeper since 1986, she is entitled to be regularised in the light of G.O.(P) No.501/2005/Fin. Dated 25.11.2005. The petitioner has approached the first respondent as early as on 5.5.2006, requesting for the extension of the benefits flowing from Ext.P2 Government Order dated 25.11.2005. When the matter was taken up for admission, the petitioner has made available a copy of the reminder submitted by her to the said representation dated 5.5.2006.

The question of entitlement of regularisation based on G.O dated 25.11.2005 is a matter to be considered by the first respondent and the petitioner has already approached the first respondent by filing proper representation. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 5.5.2006 submitted by the petitioner and its reminder dated 25.1.2010, requesting for regularisation in service
