JUDGMENT
As per the judgment dated 15.9.2009 in W.P.(C) No. 25814 of 2009, the direction issued to the first respondent was only to consider the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement, taking note of Exts.P1 and P2 and to pass orders thereon. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submitted that in compliance with the said direction, an order has already been passed in that regard on 6.1.2010. In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
