The petitioner is aggrieved of the callous inaction on the part of the respondent in considering and finalising Exhibit .P5 even after clearance of the entire tax liability. The case of the petitioner is that the action being persuaded by the respondent, keeping Exhibit .P5 in cold storage without passing appropriate orders for granting necessary exemption, is not correct or sustainable and immediate interference is necessary.
