J U D G M E N T
When this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned standing counsel submitted that issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered against the petitioner by the decision of this Court in an exactly identical writ petition moved by a similarly situated person, namely, W.P.(C) No.9556/2010. The said writ petition was dismissed and W.A.No.591/2010 filed against the said judgment was also subsequently dismissed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also endorsed the same.
In the said circumstances, I do not think it necessary to delve into the facts and issues any further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed in the light of the judgment in W.P.(C) No.9556/2010 and W.A. No.591/2010.
