This petition has been filed alleging non compliance with the direction in the judgment dated 8.4.2010 in WP(C) 12414 of 2010. When this matter is taken up today, the learned Government Pleader submitted that in compliance with the directions in Annexure I judgment, the petitioner has now been reinstated in service as per order dated 29.5.2010. This is recorded and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
