JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a Junior Public Health Nurse at the Primary Health Centre, Pulingome in Kannur District. She is seeking inter district transfer to Thiruvananthapuram. according to the petitioner, for this purpose, she has submitted Ext.P10 application which is pending consideration of the 2nd respondent. In this writ petition she seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10.
Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P10 application and also Ext.P6, a representation submitted by way of a reminder, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to deal with Exts.P10 and P6 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within eight weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
